What this site is

The TW Edit (twedit.co.uk) is a free directory of children's activities, clubs and classes in Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas. It is operated by Danny Whatmough as an individual, not as a company.

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The directory is a guide, not an endorsement

Listings on The TW Edit are provided for information only. Inclusion in the directory does not mean we endorse, recommend, or guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any activity, provider, or venue.

• We do our best to keep information accurate, but details change
• Always check directly with the activity provider before attending
• Verify prices, times, age suitability and availability yourself
• We are not responsible for your experience at any listed activity

Activity providers

Activity providers are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings. Providers who claim and manage their listings via our provider portal agree to keep their information up to date and accurate.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any listing at our discretion, including listings that appear to be inaccurate, inactive, or inappropriate.

User accounts

You can browse the directory without an account. Creating an account lets you save favourites and receive notifications. By creating an account you agree to:

• Provide a valid email address
• Use the site in good faith
• Not attempt to scrape, spam, or misuse the site
• Not submit false or misleading activity listings

We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.

Submissions

Anyone can submit an activity for inclusion in the directory. Submissions are reviewed before publishing. We may edit submissions for clarity, accuracy or consistency, and we are under no obligation to publish any submission.

Limitation of liability

The TW Edit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of information on this site
• We are not liable for the actions, services, or conduct of any activity provider listed on the site
• We are not responsible for any interruptions to the service or data loss
• Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to zero, as this is a free service

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual property

The design, branding, and original content of The TW Edit belong to us. Activity listing data is sourced from providers and public directories. You may not scrape, copy, or republish the directory data without permission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
